We used Skyworkers for a side return extension and reconfiguration of our downstairs kitchen and living spaces. We cannot rate Seb and his team highly enough. They started on time, stayed on budget and remained on schedule throughout the entire build.

His quote was clear, detailed and extremely competitive, and he provided us with very helpful suggestions about where to source our fittings, making budget management very easy for us.

From the testimonials on his web site and having talked with one of his previous clients, we hired Seb and his team to do extensive renovation works.

They built a brick summer house with electrics and decking at the bottom of the garden, decking to the rear of the house, a new boiler and fuse box was fitted, the kitchen was gutted and totally refitted and decorated, the dinning room was decorated and bespoke cupboards were built from floor to ceiling along one wall, shelving in two bedrooms, new hard wood flooring was fitted through out the whole ground floor, removal of lead water pipe and new pipe fitted to the mains and a new block driveway.

They were very accommodating efficient and respectful; the work was completed to a high standard and within the scheduled time. Seb was very good with coming up with ideas and solutions with costs in mind. They were happy to come back after a couple of weeks to resolve a minor issue with the drive.

Based on recommendations through Rated People and the testimonials on this website, I asked Seb to provide a quote to build a loft extension. Despite the space being relatively small Seb provided a number of different options which clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. This confidence in Seb's ability continued throughout the build and ultimately delivered a quality finish to a new bedroom in the loft, which came in on budget and on time.

Seb made a number of recommendations, such as lighting, colour schemes and the use of glass to further enhance the loft extension. Nothing was too much, Seb even built the new staircase himself and fitted new glass to the kitchen roof during the main build project. I'm very pleased with the finished loft conversion and other building work completed by Seb and his team.

Based upon a recommendation of one of the above testimonials, we engaged Skyworkers for a complete bathroom renovation (literally everything from scratch - plastering, electrical wiring, plumbing, underfloor heating system, tiling, built in cupboards, new window, etc). I hired Sebastian to break two load bearing walls, create a new bathroom upstairs, electric rewiring, lay laminate, and replaster and decorate the whole house. His team did a great job. I was so impressed by his project management that I also let him fit a new kitchen for me.

Thanks to his management, I didn't have to take days off from work and he took care of building control himself which helped me get the completion certificate without getting involved in lengthy council communications.

We initially asked Seb from Skyworkers to quote on re-skimming the plaster on our newly purchased 1930s, 3 bedroom semi. The house has one owner for 70 odd years and had not had any major works done to it. Seb said that he could do anything we asked him to do so we offered him the job with the promise of more based on the quality of the plastering. His guys were quick, and completed the work to a pretty good standard.

We had to move into the property quickly and this combined with a serious case of "mission creep", they had renovated the whole house in 8 weeks. When complete, they had done the following: removed / replaced walls, widened a doorway for double French doors, installed under floor heating in two rooms, installed a new Kitchen, installed a new bathroom, installed a new front door, prepared the chimney for a new wood burning stove, installed granite slab for hearth and surrounding black glass for the same stove, electrical wiring for the kitchen and bathroom, insulation between the floors, source good quality fittings at a great price, do the shopping for these.

The list is long and Seb held true to his statement - he "can do anything". He also has some good design ideas and able to make recommendations. I have not dealt with builders before this, however, from asking around, working with them was relatively painless and decent in comparison. Seb is the driving force behind Skyworkers and I will say that he is honest, results oriented and takes pride in his work. We have a further kitchen and double extenstion to complete in the coming years and will consider using Skyworkers again.

Ultimately the work is good value for money and we are happy with the end result. Thank you Seb.

Sebastian and his colleague re-plastered our hallway landing and stairs over 2 days. The work was completed to the highest standard and was some of the best plastering we have had done in the house. Sebasian is a great craftsman. He completely transformed my kitchen including plumbing and electrics. Realiable and fast worker ensuring a good finish to his work. Was so pleased with his skills I will be asking him to do some further work installing fitted wardrobes.

Sebastian did a fantastic job and completed the refurbishment of the kitchen within 2 weeks including all aspects - plumbing, tiling, plastering etc. He is an expert in variety of skills in the trade and possess all necessary tools to give a quality finish.
